Hoje dia 10/10/2014 participei de mais uma Maratona Valor PME 2014, dessa vez o tema foi líderes empreendedores.
Pretendo postar várias anotações que fizemos e também algumas fotos, mas exatamente agora quero postar somente dois tópicos que fizeram valer a pena participar.
O primeiro foi que encontrei o João Kepler e não faltou uma foto para registrar o momento.
Ele foi um dos palestrantes da eu também assisti a sua palestra na palestra do 11º Congresso Estadual de Empreendedorismo do NJE - CIESP, aproveitamos o momento para conversar um pouco sobre negócios e empreendedorismo.
O outro fato marcante na questão de Network foi eu encontrar novamente o Peter Bryant. eu também assisti a sua palestra na palestra do Congresso Jovem Empreendedor do NJE - CIESP.
Ele apresentou um tema muito interessante sobre The Entrepreneurial Mindset (A mentalidade empreendedora), pedi para ele um breve resumo e ele me envio o resumo abaixo, o qual reproduzo na integra.
“Entrepreneurial contexts and opportunities are often dynamic, uncertain
and stressful. From day to day, even hour to hour, change is frequently the
norm. Entrepreneurship is a constant dynamic of exploration and discovery,
while also exploiting what is already known. Anyone who founded or worked in a
startup will attest to this. In the morning, you may be working on a new
marketing plan, by the afternoon you are visiting potential investors or
distributors, and into the evening you are focusing on the challenges of
product development. And that could be a relatively quiet day. To operate
successfully in these contexts, entrepreneurs need a strong and flexible
mindset – the need to think in creative, adaptive and dynamic ways. They must
be ready to shift attention, focus on new tasks, and then adopt alternative
ways of thinking and acting, often combining exploration and exploitation.
These skills are at the core of the entrepreneurial mindset.”
